Ciel Bleu... referring to a blue sky without clouds... without worries...  Relax under that intense blue sky that is also so typical of Provence.  This recently built holiday home for up to 6 people is located close to the village of Blauvac, Gorges de la Nesque and only 10 km from Bedoin, the most famous climb of Mont Ventoux.  A beautiful part of Vaucluse, bordering the Luberon.  Equipped with a heated private swimming pool, air conditioning and a panoramic view of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding vineyards, all the assets are present for a "ciel bleu"!

Interior : 

Spacious living room with open view of Mont Ventoux and the vineyards, with air conditioning, dining table and sitting area with flat screen TV & free WiFi.  Direct access to the terrace, swimming pool and garden at the front and rear. Modern, perfectly equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, large refrigerator, freezer and induction stove.  Separate entrance with storage room adjacent to the kitchen, with washing machine, ironing board, iron & vacuum cleaner.

Master bedroom with panoramic view of Mont Ventoux, equipped with a double bed - box spring 160x200, dressing and a first bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

Second bedroom, also with a view of Mont Ventoux, with double bed - box spring 160x200 and built-in wardrobe.

Third bedroom, overlooking the garden, with 2 joinable single beds - box spring 80x200 and built-in wardrobe.

Adjacent to the second and third bedrooms, a second bathroom with walk-in shower and sink.

Separate toilet.

Outside : 

Provencal garden of approximately 1,500 m2 with panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards and Mont Ventoux.  Spacious terrace, adjacent to the house and the swimming pool, with large table and 6 comfortable chairs, 2 large parasols and 6 sun loungers. (Heated) Swimming pool of approximately 8mx4mx1.20m.  A picnic table at the rear. Petanque court with great views.  Sufficient parking space in the driveway.  A separate outbuilding that is both covered and covered by the use of automatic shuttersterrace as safe storage space (bicycles)can be used.

Practical:

The house is rented with arrival on Sunday from 4 pm until departure on Sunday at 10 am. (which is a big advantage regarding traffic)  The minimum stay is 1 week; different lengths of stay are negotiable.  Bath & bed linen are included & the beds are made upon arrival.  Kitchen towels are also included.  A foldable baby bed is available (bring your own sheets for this).  Smoking is not allowed in the house.  Pets are not allowed. The swimming pool is open from May to September and additionally heated in May, June and September, which can also be provided for July and August on request.

The house is located at the foot of Mont Ventoux in the authentic village of Saint-Estève (Blauvac).  Even from your terrace you can endlessly enjoy the peace and quiet and the stunning rolling landscape of vineyards interspersed with olive groves and the ever-present Mont Ventoux in the background.

You are 2.5 km from Villes-sur-Auzon and 10 km from Bédoin.  In the immediate vicinity: Gorges de la Nesque, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Bédoin, Gordes, l'abbaye de Sénanque and so much more.  Orange and Avignon are also definitely worth a visit.

A perfect location for cycling, walking, enjoying a market or a cultural trip... in short, to relax in Provence.  Of course, the typical Provencal cuisine and delicious wines should not be missed!
