De villa is geschikt voor 2 tot 8 personen; Het heeft een verwarmd zwembad, airconditioning in de 4 slaapkamers, er zijn 2 badkamers en 2 toiletten. Het rustige, ruim opgezette villapark heeft een prachtig algemeen zwembad van 20x8 meter, apart peuterbad, tennisbaan en is in Nederlands beheer. Deze prachtige villa is het hele jaar door te huur.

De Provence heeft meer dan 320 zonnige dagen per jaar.

De woning is gelegen op een prachtig groot/diep stuk grond met een werkelijk fantastisch ver en vrij uitzicht.

Vlakbij ligt het prachtige stadje Isle sur la Sorge, een van de mooiste plekken in de Provence met pittoreske huizen, mooie markten en waterlopen door de stad.

"Villa Bellevue" (of ook villa nr. 302) is gelegen op Villapark "Les Demeures du Luc" in Saumane-de-Vaucluse, waar zich een 40-tal vakantievilla's bevinden. Het park ligt in de heuvels tussen Isle-sur-la-Sorgue en Fontaine-de-Vaucluse; in het hart van de Provence.

Het park beschikt over een groot gemeenschappelijk zwembad met apart kinderbad en een gemeenschappelijke tennisbaan. Het park is alleen toegankelijk via een beveiligde ingang.

The holiday home "Bellevue" (302), in addition to the large heated private swimming pool where you can take a cooling dip, also has a large covered veranda with a spacious garden table and patio chairs, so that you can sit out of the sun if desired. There is of course a modern, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, combination microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. You can make coffee with a Nespresso machine (bring your own cups), squeeze juice with the juicer or make smoothies with the blender.

In the garage you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Free wireless WiFi is available in the villa.

The house has four double bedrooms, including 1 bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms with spacious bathroom on the first floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets.

As mentioned, the villa has 2 bathrooms; one small one next to the double bedroom on the ground floor with shower and sink and one large bathroom on the first floor with bath, separate shower and double sink.

You will find a separate toilet on both the ground floor and the first floor.

The villa has a private parking space and a very spacious and beautifully landscaped garden containing the (heated) private swimming pool (5 x 12 meters). You also have access to a beautiful extra large covered terrace and large terrace around the swimming pool, both furnished with luxurious garden furniture. From the house, terrace and garden you have a beautiful view of the Petit Luberon.

The villa offers spacious comfort and is fully equipped.

The park is located near the very pleasant and busy town of L'Isle-sur-La-Sorgue, known for its Provencal market, approximately 200 (!) antique shops and flea markets and because of all the water that runs through the center via the canals. it is also called the "Venice of France". There are numerous restaurants on the water with nice terraces. You won't be bored here.

The immediate area offers beautiful excursions to picturesque villages such as Fontaine de Vaucluse, Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux en Venasque, Baux de Provence, and elegant cities such as Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Orange, Arles and Marseille.

An hour and a half drive from Cassis on the Mediterranean Sea. A visit to the Camargue is also within reach.

Sporty guests can attempt to climb Mont Ventoux. You can play golf in the immediate vicinity, about a 2-minute drive away (18 holes Golf de Saumane en Provence). Canoeing, survival and horse riding. Directly from the villa you can take beautiful forest walks in a protected nature reserve.

For wine lovers: top French wines such as Chateauneuf du Pape, Cȏtes du Rhone, Gigondas, Beaume de Venise, AOC Luberon and Ventoux can be tasted (and bought) from a range of wineries in the nearby area. The region has many good and affordable restaurants.
