Recently renovated Mas in a prime location with views and a short walk from Villedieu with its cozy market square with several nice cafes and restaurants. This original Mas was tastefully restored while retaining the authentic elements in combination with the most modern techniques and style elements.
In the west-facing and landscaped garden you can enjoy a heated swimming pool of 12 x 4, a petanque track and beautiful sunsets.
Upon arrival and departure there is a multilingual reception lady who is also available for more information during your stay.
The stylish black kitchen with marble countertops has a central function in the dining and living area and opens onto the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality Siemens appliances: 1 large induction hob for 6 pots, 2 hot air ovens, 2 dishwashers, microwave oven, American refrigerator with ice blocks and ice water. The kitchen has high-quality materials and crockery as well as a Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
The dining room retains the natural stone walls of the original farmhouse and from the kitchen you can enjoy a beautiful view over the valley.
Furthermore, on the ground floor there are 2 lounges, 1 of which is equipped with Smart TV with TV Flanders. The other lounge is more suitable for reading a book.
Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a separate guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
On the top floor there are 4 large bedrooms, all with beautiful views of the surroundings. All the bedrooms have a luxurious box spring measuring 2m by 2.1m from the Swiss sense brand.
There are 3 bathrooms, 2 with Italian shower, toilet and 1 with bath. There is an individual toilet on the upper floor.
The entire house has an air conditioning system. The temperature in each room can be controlled separately via an ingenious duct system and no appliances are visible. The air conditioning is therefore very quiet and without disturbing noises.
The lights are individually dimmable in each room and can be adjusted as desired. There is an alarm system so that you can leave valuables behind with peace of mind.
There is a gas barbecue with plancha and grill plate. There is a pizza stone to bake delicious homemade pizzas on the outdoor stove.
The area offers various attractions. Towns such as Vaison La Romaine, Nyons, Grignan, Séguret are a short distance away. Avigon, Orange, Montélimar are a 40-minute drive away. There are beautiful routes for cyclists and walkers and for real sports enthusiasts there is of course also Mont Ventoux, the base of which is 15 kilometers away.
The region is known for its many good wine estates and restaurants where gastronomes can indulge themselves.
