Authentic home from around 1850, tastefully restored and equipped with air conditioning and a private (saltwater) swimming pool measuring 12m by 3.5m, situated in very green surroundings with a beautiful view of the valley. Four stars.
The 150m² house consists of a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen (20m²), a living room (25m²) with a large window offering a spectacular view of the garden and the valley, a separate WC with a washbasin, and two bedrooms (10 and 12m²), each with two 90 x 90 cm beds. A children's folding bed is available.
On the first floor, there is a spacious 12m² bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and two washbasins. There are also two bedrooms: a large one of 28m² with a view of the pool, a double bed (180 x 200 cm), an Italian walk-in shower, and one washbasin. The second bedroom is 18m² with a double bed (160 x 200).
The 1.2-hectare garden consists of multiple terraces and is planted with fruit and deciduous trees. Around the house and in the garden, there are many lovely seating areas to unwind, enjoy the magnificent view of the valley and the surrounding area, and spend unforgettable moments with family or friends.
The saltwater swimming pool (12m x 3.5m) is equipped with 6 sun loungers and a solar shower.
The rural surroundings of Les Vans, located in the Monte d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park and the Cévennes National Park, have a Mediterranean climate with beautiful vegetation.
Here you can enjoy a wide range of beautiful walks, idyllic swimming opportunities along the rivers, canoe descents on the Chassezac, visits to caves, animal parks, horseback riding, canyoning...
The town of Les Vans is only 4 km from the house and has all commercial amenities.
