Provencal villa 'Mon Coin Perdu'

'Mon Coin Perdu' is a spacious Provencal villa for 10 people with a private swimming pool (6 x 12) and equipped with all modern luxuries such as air conditioning, underfloor cooling, smart TV, WiFi, etc. The landscaped garden of 3000m² is fully fenced and shaded. There is a separate pool house with gas barbecue and fully equipped outdoor chick. The spacious terraces and galleries make outdoor life pleasant.

the living space

In the main house we find an open, comfortable living room of 56 m². There is underfloor heating and cooling. Here there is also a spacious seating area, cozy fireplace, dining table for 12 people and all technical comfort such as TV Flanders, Smart TV and mini stereo with Bluetooth.

the mezzanine

A void connects the mezzanine with the living space. This mezzanine is fully equipped as a relaxation area. There is a Smart TV with PS3, WII, football table and an American billiards.

the kitchen

The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped. This has an American refrigerator, including chilled filtered water and ice block machine. There is also an induction stove with extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, various coffee machines, etc.

the bedrooms

Our holiday home has 5 bedrooms. In the main building there are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are on the ground floor and 1 master bedroom on the first floor. The studio has 1 full bedroom and an extra living space with a sofa.

the sanitary facilities

There are 4 bathrooms and 5 toilets on site. In the main building there is a bathroom on the ground floor and one on the first floor. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. The studio also has a full bathroom and in the pool house there is an outdoor bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The studio is a residential unit that is separate from the main building. On an area of ​​35m² there is a bedroom, living room with sofa, a coffee corner with refrigerator and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

the pool house

The pool house is a large protected space with an equipped kitchen, including gas barbecue, gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is also a large dining table for 12 people with 12 bucket seats. This pool house also has a separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

the swimming pool

The large swimming pool measures 6 x 12 meters. The depth varies from 70cm to 2m and as an adult you can stand on all edges. It is completely surrounded by a landscaped terrace with 8 comfortable teak sun loungers with cushions and a parasol. The outdoor lounge offers ample space for 8 people to enjoy an aperitif at the edge of the pool.

the garden

The garden is tastefully landscaped with sufficient shade areas. There are also large areas of grass so that children can fully enjoy themselves here. The garden of 3,000m² is completely fenced and closed with an automatic gate.  An automatic watering system ensures green grass all summer long. 

Montelimar is definitely worth a visit. You can park your car in one of the car parks along Boulevard Aristide Briand. There are several touristy but tasty restaurants and shops on this boulevard. From here you can also explore the old city center with its typical nougat and countless small shops. Don't forget the market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

In theregion you will find countless cycling and walking paths. You can do countlessidyllic villages go visits such as Grignan. Mont Ventoux is an hour's drive away.
