Luxury villa "Les Vignes" in Drome provencale max 10 pers with large swimming pool.

Our villa is located about 2 km outside Tulette in a fantastic setting amidst the vineyards.

The villa is suitable and equipped for at least 10 persons. In case this is not enough, there is a 6th bedroom with sleeping accommodation for 1 person and 1 extra baby; 2 extra cots can be placed in the bedrooms.

There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden is a large swimming pool with a pool house and a summer kitchen. There is a large park-like garden around the house, several terraces, a BBQ, etc

This villa with private pool has a large comfortably furnished living room with fireplace, sitting area and dining area with large table. There is a second living area in the adjacent studio. The two parts can be combined to create a large area of 90 m2. You will find a large television with over 100 channels, a DVD player with films and two music installations. The living room opens up to a covered terrace with garden furniture.

10 beds are available in 5 comfortable rooms (3 bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has two single beds) - The studio has two single beds. A sixth room is available and provides two additional beds (a baby and a child).

There are two modern bathrooms in the villa. Both are equipped with two sinks, bathtub, shower. There are two separate toilets. The third bathroom with toilet is located near the pool.

The kitchen is comfortably equipped for at least 10 people. You will find a dishwasher, a microwave oven, traditional four and two large fridge freezers. The house also has a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, sink etc.

For the little ones, a cot is available as well as 3 high chairs and a bathtub for babies. For people with disabilities, there is also a wheelchair.

The swimming pool (10 x 5/7 meters) has a stone staircase. Around the pool, there is a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is illuminated. Next to the pool, there is a poolhouse with a bathroom with shower and toilet. It also has a summer kitchen with bar, refrigerator and stove.

In the garden of 4000 m2, there are many trees (cherry, hazelnut, fig, olive, palm, cypress, etc.).

There is a covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.

On the grounds, there is also a large garage and a garden shed.

You have access at Tulette Tourist Office, 20 meters from the bakery where you can pick up your bread every day.

The villa is located in the middle of the vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône and offers a beautiful view of the Mont Ventoux.

The village of Tulette is at less than two kilometers. You will find all the amenities there: bank, bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Tulette is south of the Drôme Provençale on the border of Vaucluse and Enclave des Papes.

To the west, you can discover the great vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône including the famous Suze la Rousse (8 km). To the east, you will discover the rolling hills with vineyards, but also the lavender fields and olive groves.

Near Nyons (18 km), the nature becomes wilder with mountains, deep valleys and rivers.

The Ardèche Gorges are 25 km to the west of the property - make sure to visit this stunning area. You will be amazed by the variety of the landscape in the immediate surroundings.

Restaurants, food & wine

In Nyons (18 km), Vaison la Romaine (15 km) in Valreas (13 km) you will find a number of restaurants, bars and cozy terraces. There are 4 restaurants in Tulette (one pizzeria) and cellars where you can taste and buy the wines. Our neighbour, Philippe, is a wine grower and produces a very good wine; he will be happy to let you taste it. After the tasting, it is only a 50 m walk back to the villa. Make sure that you buy some of his wine to take home...

To discover all the wines of the region, you can simply follow the signs "Côtes du Rhône".

Activities

Many outings are available nearby in thsi beautiful area. For example, you can go to Vaison La Romaine (with its Roman remains) Nyons (with its cozy terraces, its Provençal market on Thursday and its Museum of the Olive), Orange (with its Roman theater) or Mont Ventoux, which offers remarkable views of the Mediterranean and the Alps.

Most athletes do not hesitate to "attack" the Mont Ventoux cycling .. but you can also get there by car.

The Gorges of the Ardèche (25 kms) with their stunning views and impressive dephts and Marseille with the attractive old port and the terraces and the beach are also worth a visit.

During your stay, be sure not to forget to visit the many local wineries (cave Cathedrale).
