It provides a safe and private environment for couples and families wanting a peaceful and tranquil location for a holiday yet with easy access to Sainte Maxime, Frejus ,St Tropez and the lively seaside towns of Cannes, Nice & Monaco.

Situated approximately 1,5 km from sandy beaches, restaurants and shops, close to Ste Maxime(10min. by car). Villa Les Coralines is also in easy reach of the natural protected woodland hills, known locally as Les Massifs des Maures, which offer unforgettable landscapes and hikes in the region of Roquebrune sur Argens.

Being only 50 mins from Nice airport, 20 mins from Frejus and 30 mins from St Tropez makes Villa Les Coralines an ideal summer and winter family holiday residence.

Villa Les Coralines is tastefully furnished to a modern and high standard. All the rooms have ceramic tiled floors.

On the ground floor there is a separate hallway, staircase and downstairs cloakroom and W.C.

The villa has a modern fitted kitchen which is fully equipped, including integral oven, Senseo coffee machine, Nespresso, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge.

Downstairs comprises of a large, spacious open plan area with two sets of patio sliding doors leading to a front and side terrace area and garden.

Outdoors: private parking space , shared outdoor pool (unheated)

There are pool side showers, wc’s and a child proof security entrance gate leads into the enclosed pool side area.

Pool side sun loungers are provided for the duration of your stay.

The lounge is furnished with 1 sofa, 3 chairs, TV, DVD player and a radio with streaming. Whilst the dining area has a large dining table with six chairs.

Twin patio doors lead to the terrace area with a pergola, with outside table, chairs and barbecue and a private garden.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower, and two further twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

There is also a second bathroom with shower.

Les Issambres is ideal for visiting the pretty coastal resorts of the French Riviera and the picturesque villages of Provence. In summer time there is live entertainment at the evenings at the central square.

Roquebrune-sur-Argens and its walled town dating from a thousand years ago.

Ste Maxime is very popular seaside resort, with an abundance of restaurants, shops, pavement cafés, a large marina, casino with golf course and Aqualand nearby. . During summer evenings there is live entertainment and firework displays are often held.

Saint Tropez has an abundance of designer shops, restaurants, pavement cafes and artists. Also visit its L’Annonciade art museum and the naval museum in the Citadel.. Extremely popular market day is held every Saturday morning. To get to St Tropez there is a boat from Les Issambres or Ste Maxime( every 10-15 minutes )

Cogolin , capital of craft industries with its pipe and carpet factories. It is a sailor’s town with various museums (Raimu Museum, the “Musée des Empreintes et Tradition”).

The lakeside pile dwellings of Port Grimaud (French ‘Little Venice’), Grimaud and its Museum of Popular Art (17 km), La Croix Valmer and its coastal path (15 km).

Just inland are the old hilltop towns and villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle .

Port Frejus , lively port with lots of restaurants and bars. A market is held on Friday evenings, and every other Friday evening during July and August, a spectacular fireworks display can be seen from the port. Nearby is Aqualand and go-kart racing

Grand Canyon du Verdon which is not as large as the Grand Canyon in America but is similarly impressive.One of the most spectacular gorges in Europe, where you can hire kayaks and canoes.
