Close to Thiviers and Brantome and about an hour from Périgueux and Limoges, we are ideally placed for exploring all the Dordogne has to offer.

New for 2026 - Private Heated Pool 8m x 4m

Relax with family and friends in the spacious Master's House of the former sausage factory, packed with authentic features and architecture. The four large bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 adults (2 x twins or King doubles, 1 x Queen double and 1 x Valet double with ensuite) and 4 children (bunk beds) or a mix

You will have a well equipped kitchen for tasty homemade meals either in your dining room or at the huge (and impressive) outdoor table. A cozy TV lounge comfortably accommodates all guests and the newly refurbished bathroom has walk-in rain shower, separate bath and double basin.

Guests also enjoy the large private south facing garden and gravel patio with huge table, BBQ and terrace with exterior seating and sun loungers.

Our 2ha (5 acres) of gardens are a haven of peace and tranquility. Relax by the stream or at the top of the hill with stunning views over the Foret de Vieillecour. The newly planted orchards and vegetable garden are bearing fruit already and the newly dug pond is a haven for wildlife which surprises every day.

Our licensed bar, Le Petit Cochon provides a relaxed place to try the locally brewed Perigord Beers over a game of darts or pool.

For children there is plenty of space to run free along with swings, slide, a large in-ground trampoline, giant chess, sit on tractors, table tennis table, badminton net, small football pitch, golf sets and soft archery. There are also sun loungers, picnic tables and seats in the general garden by the main pool to relax and/or to have a chat.

In 2026 we open the new private pool in the enclosed Maison du Maitre garden. The heated 8m x 4m pool has a security cover. The larger 11m x 5m shared pool can also be used.

Cycling and walking are popular in the area and there are plenty of trails that run through the village. And if you want to explore the Périgord Vert, you will find plenty of things to do, from the local swimming lake to castles and karting.
