Bright and spacious interior with panoramic views

The spacious and bright 50 m² living room, with a 55" LED screen, opens onto a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Large sliding doors open onto the covered, south-facing terrace with a plancha grill and phenomenal views of the Canigou, the Corbières, the Montagne Noire, the village with its abbey, the garden, and the swimming pool.

Three comfortable bedrooms:

A master suite with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a large closet, a desk, a private bathroom, a separate toilet, and a balcony with a view of the surrounding countryside (facing the morning sun).

A second bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a closet, a small desk, and an unobstructed view (facing the evening sun).

A third bedroom on the mezzanine level with a bed (140 x 190 cm), a wardrobe, a desk, and a view of the surrounding countryside.

Also:

A bathroom with a shower and toilet on the upper floor.

A separate toilet with a sink on the ground floor (also for guests).

A laundry room in the basement with a washing machine and dryer.

All windows are fitted with mosquito screens.

Two smoke detectors are present in the house.
