Located close to the charming Provencal village of Lorgues, this is a beautiful mas to enjoy a wonderful relaxing holiday. With a wide view of the (own) wide olive groves and vineyards, you can fully relax in this beautiful forested area.

The villa is also suitable for families with children. There is a lovely swimming pool, table tennis and a private petanque area.

INTERIOR
This spacious villa of more than 220 m2 can accommodate groups of up to 12 people. The interior is rural modern, very well cared for and warm. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. You will find a kettle, (N)espresso machine, toaster, dishwasher and a large refrigerator. Very practical is the large gas stove with 2 ovens, ideal for larger groups. There is also a large dining table in the kitchen.

From the kitchen you have direct access to the covered terrace with a large dining table.

The cozy living room has a large fireplace with sitting area, TV, DVD, sound system and WIFI. On the other side of the living room are 2 comfortable armchairs for example to relax and read a book.

The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms of which the master bedroom with an ‘en suite’ bathroom is on the ground floor. The bed in this bedroom is extra large 200*220. Three other bedrooms are on the first floor. The 5th bedroom with bathroom is located in the studio. The bedrooms are spacious and have ample storage space.

Bedroom 3 has 2 beds each with a size of 200 * 180.

The villa has a total of 4 bathrooms. The bathroom ‘en suite’ on the ground floor has a toilet, shower and sink.

On the first floor are the bathrooms overlooked by a toilet sink and shower / bath. A bathroom also has a bidet.

The bathroom in the studio has a toilet, shower and sink. There are a total of 5 toilets in this attractive villa.

The house does not have air conditioning, but it is an authentic structure with thick walls so that the heat is kept out as much as possible.

EXTERIOR
Mas Cabro d’or is beautifully situated just outside the village borders of Lorgues. With a beautiful view over the (own) wine and olive groves, this gives a wonderful Provencal holiday feeling.

The terrain including wine and olive groves is more than 30,000 m2.

The part around the house is fenced. Through the living room and kitchen, you have access to the terrace with BBQ on the sunny side of the house.

The pool with outdoor shower, which is lower than the house, has a size of 10 by 4 meters and has a walk-in staircase. The pool is equipped with a shutter. This can be closed to make the pool safer for children.

The pool is over 2 meters deep.

Around the pool is a small lawn with comfortable sun loungers and shady trees. Next to the pool is a spacious lounge set for a cozy glass of local rosé. To be entertaining during your holiday in this villa is also thought. There is a ping pong table and game table. But there is also a bowling alley available.

Adjacent to the house there is ample parking for your cars.

The area offers numerous possibilities such as pedal boats, horse riding, canoeing, beautiful walking tours, climbing, golfing, quad driving and gliding.

Together with the lively Provencal villages in the region, it is very central. The location offers many options for making wonderful day trips.

In Lorgues there are all facilities in the field of shops, markets and excellent restaurants. Lovers of the beach can be there within 40 minutes (Sainte Maxime and Frejus).

Nice (airport) is a 60 -minute drive away. The well-known seaside town of Saint Tropez is a 55-minute drive and the student city of Aix-en-Provence can be reached within 45 minutes. In addition, there is the beautiful Gorges du Verdon, (45 minutes) the Lac de Sainte Croix and the Lavender fields, which are definitely worth a visit.
