Villa Esperanza is a modern villa, built in 2021, located in the pleasant village of Ginestas (11120), close to the Canal du Midi and the picturesque Le Somail. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a bakery, grocery, restaurant and bar.

With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a heated saltwater swimming pool, boules court, wood-burning oven and plenty of outdoor space, this is the ideal place for those looking for luxury and tranquility, with all the comforts of home.

Ginestas (11120) is 5 minutes from the canal village of Le Somail, 25 minutes from Narbonne and 40 minutes from the beaches. The region is rich in culture, nature, gastronomy and wine.
