Villa Ardèche is spacious and tastefully decorated. The house is suitable for a larger group of up to 8 people. Both the living space downstairs and the terrace and the spacious garden provide enough freedom to spend a relaxing holiday with more people in this holiday home. The house is very suitable for families with young and older children. For the younger children there is plenty to play with all the water nearby.

With the private swimming pool at the house and the river Ardèche less than 400 m away, there is plenty of water fun! Older children may want to make the spectacular canoe descent from Vallon Pont d'Arc.

Good location for those who want to combine the natural beauty of the Gorges with a cozy town within walking distance.

In the house there is a spacious, bright living room with a sitting area, a spacious dining area with a large table and an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a wood stove for the colder seasons. Adjacent to the kitchen and living room is a large outdoor terrace (approx. 50 m2) with a large table where you can enjoy a French breakfast in the morning and where you can watch the sun set beautifully.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms and the bathroom with shower/bath combination and a separate second toilet. On the very spacious terrace and many places in the garden you can eat, read, relax and enjoy the wide, beautiful view.

A gazebo and trees provide shade in the garden. In the garden there is a swimming pool (about 6x3 mtr - 1.5 mtr deep) with sun loungers for a refreshing moment and a jeu de boules court.

For the safety of the children, the swimming pool can be closed.

With a path you can walk straight to the road that leads to the small cozy town of Saint Martin d'Ardèche. This way you can get your daily baguette and croissants on foot or, for example, grab a terrace on the quay or visit the market in the summer months. From Saint Martin d'Ardèche you can easily take a bus that will take you to the starting point in Vallon Pont d'Arc for the canoe descent.
