The house has a very large garden and is situated above a slightly sloping terrain, a rich domain of 1.4 ha with tall trees around the house, much appreciated in the warm summer days for their shelter!

Garden adjoining the house with olive trees where the ping-pong table, the swimming pool and other play facilities are present.

The fruit trees and the vegetable garden with its grape vines etc. are situated next to the olive trees.

The 80 m2 apartment is located on the entire first floor of this house.

Access to the apartment is via a private outside staircase.

The apartment has a terrace from which you look out over the garden.

Here it is pleasant to enjoy the silence on the summer evenings.

Via the terrace you enter the living and dining room.

The living room is equipped with a keyboard - piano; TV and a fireplace.

The spacious and open kitchen is connected to the living and dining room.

Via the hallway you come to:

- the 2 bedrooms, one of which has a bed of 160 cm wide and the other bedroom has two beds, one of 120 cm and the other of 90 cm wide.

- The bathroom has a sink and washing machine.

- The toilet is separate.

- There is the additional possibility of setting up a baby bed.

Air conditioning has been installed in the apartment; cooling in the summer and heating in the winter.

There is a library with books in Dutch.

Internet is available via Wifi.

You have access to practically the entire garden.

There is a high above-ground swimming pool, a Pingpong table, Bathminthon, board games and other relaxation and play options.

In addition, you have the opportunity to barbecue, rest in various places in the garden - such as a gazebo - to come to vacation in the shelter / to read, etc.

The multiple parking facilities are located at the house.

The typical provincial village of Figanières is located in the nearby hinterland of the Mediterranean Sea with St. Tropez, St. Raphaël - Fréjus Plage, and is not far from the famous "Gorges du Verdon".

These are all a tourist attraction for many.

It is an hour's drive to go to the Aquarium of Monaco or to the typical port of St. Tropez.

At about 10 minutes drive you can - especially with younger children - enjoy one of the natural carved swimming pools in the Gorges de Chateaudouble or those of the Gorges de Pennafort!!

Gastronomically you have the possibility to choose between restaurants that are very good (that have 1 or 2 stars in the Michelin guide).

Or other good and simple restaurants for a tasty meal.

There are several golf courses in the area, as well as some tennis courts.

For those who would like to go horse riding - preferably in nature -, there are riding schools nearby that also organize nature trips on request.

For the tasters who would like to learn culinary recipes, there is an excellent "Chocolatier" in Draguignan!

In the summer period, many villages organize annual festivals, evening concerts and exhibitions.

We are happy to advise guests to go to the cozy and typical markets of Salernes on Sunday morning, or those in Draguignan on Saturday morning.
