La Girondine is located next to a wooded area: ideal for walkers, joggers, mountain bikers and nature lovers! Bergerac is located on the La Dordogne river and is the place to be for wine and gourmet lovers. ...Hmmm....

In addition to these culinary delights, there are many other recreational options in the area, including sailing down the Dordogne river, golfing, horse riding,... A visit to the historic city of Rocamadour or the Lascaux caves is also highly recommended! La Girondine

-This detached house has a spacious living room with a view of the swimming pool and garden. The living room also includes a sitting area with a spacious sofa, TV and fireplace and a large dining table for 8 people. TV Vlaanderen and WiFi are also available. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the options to prepare your own culinary meal! Please note: kitchen towels/dish cloths are not provided. As a guest you must bring your own. There is air conditioning in the living room and in 2 of the 4 bedrooms. All windows have shutters to keep it nice and cool inside. There is also a linen room on the ground floor with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner. There is 1 toilet next to the linen room. Pets are not allowed!

-On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms (3 large bedrooms and 1 smaller one), each with a spacious double bed (1.60x2.00m) and fitted wardrobes. Sufficient pillows and down blankets available. Please note: guests must bring their own sheets. The bathroom with shower, bath and sink is also on the first floor. There are no towels provided. Here too, guests must bring their own towels. Next to the bathroom is a 2nd separate toilet. There is no elevator.

-There is a large underground garage with parking for 1 to 2 cars. There is no charging station available. BBQ set is available for guests. In times of persistent drought and heat, it is prohibited to use the BBQ (danger of fire and/or forest fires!)

-The large terrace with swimming pool (9 m/4.5 m) faces south. 2 awnings provide the necessary shade. Adjacent to the terrace there is a large, enclosed garden. (discretion assured). Up to max. : 2500 m2.

-The maintenance of the swimming pool is done by a (French) person appointed by the owner. During your stay it is possible that this person will come by a few times to keep the pool water in optimal condition. For this he uses the swimming pool products and/or the swimming pool robot "Léon" that are located in the garage. Guests are not allowed to add the products themselves. You do not have to be present when this person comes by: he has a key to the garage to take the necessary products and/or the robot for maintenance. Pets in the swimming pool are also prohibited.

Always use the swimming pool and trampoline under parental supervision. The owners are not responsible for any accidents.

Bergerac is located in the heart of the Périgord region in France. La Girondine is located next to a wooded area: ideal for walkers, joggers, mountain bikers and nature lovers! Bergerac is located on the La Dordogne river and is the place to be for wine and gourmet lovers: there are many wine castles around Bergerac.  Bergerac is also known for its foie gras.  Bergerac has a very pleasant old town: pleasant for walking and eating.
