Including a Dolce-Gusto coffee machine, but there is also the option to make handmade filter coffee. A combination microwave/oven, hob, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment. The kitchen linen is included. Next to the kitchen is the toilet and the extensive jet shower. A true sensation. You will find towels in the shower, these are also included.

Welcome to Brittany
Because Brittany as a peninsula has 1,700 km of coastline, it has a number of viewpoints and natural wonders, such as the Pink Granite Coast (Côte de Granit Rose) on the north coast of Brittany in the Côtes d'Armor department. The rare pink granite blocks cover only 30 km of the Brittany coast and are found in only three other places in the world: Ontario, China and Corsica. In Finistère, at the westernmost tip of France, is the Pointe du Raz, which rises 70 meters above the ocean. The view from here over the ocean once inspired French writers Victor Hugo and Gustave Flaubert. In the distance one can see the famous lighthouse Ar Men (Breton for the stone) on the island of Île de Sein. On the south coast of Brittany, in the Morbihan department, lies the Golfe du Morbihan, which means little sea in Breton. This inland sea contains 42 small islands, of which Île aux Moines and Île d'Arz are the largest. In short, plenty to see!
Saint malo
Saint-Malo, an old port city in the Ille-et-Vilaine department, is a 1 hour and 15 minute drive from Le petit coin cozy. The old city wall is still present and at the large entrance gate there is a castle, which is now partly town hall and library, but also contains a number of museums. In the old town, Saint-Vincent Cathedral is an attraction that you should not miss during your visit to this city.
Mont Saint Michel
A 1 hour and 30 minute drive from Le petit coin cozy is Mont Saint-Michel, a small rocky tidal island located in a large bay at the mouth of the Couesnon. The granite massif of Mont Saint-Michel is crowned with a medieval abbey. Since 1898, a statue of Saint Michael has stood on the spire of the abbey church, rising 170 meters above the bay. The island is located about one kilometer off the coast near the town of Avranches. In 1979, Mont Saint-Michel with its abbey complex and surrounding bay was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Mont Saint-Michel is the third largest tourist attraction in France, after the Eiffel Tower and the Palace of Versailles. Mont Saint-Michel, with its stepped streets, is only accessible to pedestrians.
Dinard
This beautiful town by the sea is Dinard. This could be a very nice day trip together with St. Malo or Mont Saint Michel. These pearls are located close to each other, about a 1-hour drive from the gîte.
Gorges de Daoulas
Nearby you will find the Gorges du Daoulas, with impressive cliffs carved out by the Blavet. The Quénécan Forest is also nearby, a nature reserve of 3,000 hectares, with flora and fauna typical of the herb and shrub layer. Another attraction: the hamlet of Forges-des-Salles, one of the oldest iron smelters in Brittany. Nothing has changed since 1880, when the company closed its activities: the school, the payment office, the canteen and the carpentry workshop are still as they were then.
Landes de Liscuis
The Landes de Liscuis are located on a ridge, a beautiful heathland area, wild and mysterious, with megalithic grave monuments.
Lake Guerlédan
Just 25 minutes by car from us
The largest lake in Brittany, but that's not all…
When you think of Guerlédan, you first think of the lake, the largest in Brittany (400 hectares), located in a vast forest area. Fishermen, water sports enthusiasts and hikers like to come here, but also those who enjoy lazing on the beach.
Face contour
Only 10 minutes by car from us…
Moncontour is a medieval walled village in northern Brittany, near Saint-Brieuc. It is a village with a prosperous past and is officially recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in France. The village was once the center of linen production in Brittany and many beautiful houses were built with this money, which you can still admire today. One of the houses houses the costume museum (Musée du Costume), where you can view all kinds of stage costumes from the Middle Ages to the early 20th century. Highlights of the village are the church with the original stained glass windows, the traditional granite houses, the market square and the town hall. In addition, it is also worthwhile to walk via the steep stairs to the higher part of the village. From this point you have a beautiful view of the surroundings.
Mont Bel Air
Only 10 minutes by car from us…
Mont Bel-Air is the highest point in the French department of Côtes-d'Armor, at 339 meters above sea level, in the town of Trébry. The gently sloping slopes also extend across the municipalities of Trédaniel and Plessala. At the top is the chapel of Notre-Dame du Mont-Carmel (or Notre-Dame de Bel-Air) built between 1855 and 1862.
Bon Repos Abbey
The Cistercian abbey of Bon Repos is a real 'must see': the abbey dates from the 12th century and was abandoned for a long time.
