Villa du Luc

Villa du Luc (villa no. 311) is located in Provence, in the Vaucluse, located on the 4-star Villa Park "Les Demeures du Luc" in the village of Saumane de Vaucluse (near the beautiful town of Isle sur la Sorgue).

The villa is suitable for 2 to 8 people; it has a heated swimming pool, air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms, there are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

The quiet, spacious villa park has a beautiful general swimming pool of 20x8 meters, separate paddling pool, tennis court and is under Dutch management. This beautiful villa is available for rental all year round.

Provence has more than 320 sunny days a year.

The house is located on a beautiful large/deep piece of land with a truly fantastic distant and unobstructed view.

Close by is the beautiful town of Isle sur la Sorge, one of the most beautiful places in Provence with picturesque houses, beautiful markets, and watercourses through the town.

The area has at least 300 sunny days a year, with beautiful blue skies. If it gets too hot: the villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms, so you can sleep wonderfully.

The villa has a private parking space and a very spacious and beautifully landscaped garden containing the (heated) private swimming pool (5 x 12 meters). You also have access to a beautiful extra large covered terrace and large terrace around the swimming pool, both furnished with luxurious garden furniture. On a slightly lower level is clapicette, the fine yellow gravel on which you can play pétanque. From the house, terrace and garden you have a truly beautiful view of the Petit Luberon.

The villa offers spacious comfort and is fully equipped.

"Villa du Luc" (or also villa no. 311) is located at Villa Park "Les Demeures du Luc" in Saumane-de-Vaucluse, where there are about 40 holiday villas. The park is located in the hills between Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Fontaine-de-Vaucluse; in the heart of Provence.

The park has a large communal swimming pool with separate children's pool and a communal tennis court. The park is only accessible via a secure entrance. In summer you can obtain bread at the Reception.

In addition to the large heated private swimming pool where you can take a cooling dip, the holiday home "du Luc" also has a large covered veranda with a spacious garden table and patio chairs, so that you can sit out of the sun if desired. In the garden further miscellaneous. luxury lounge sets. There is also a new electric Weber BBQ (coals are prohibited here due to fire hazard).

The villa has a cozy living room with a separate dining area.

In the living room you will find a flat screen television on which you can receive many public and commercial Dutch and Belgian channels. You also have access to a DVD player and a docking station for your music via MP3 or iPhone.

There is of course a modern, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, combination microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. You can make coffee with a Nespresso machine (bring your own cups), squeeze juice with the juicer or make smoothies with the blender.

In the garage you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Free wireless WiFi is available in the villa.

The house has four double bedrooms, including 1 bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms with spacious bathroom on the first floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets.

As mentioned, the villa has 2 bathrooms; one small one next to the double bedroom on the ground floor with shower and sink and one large bathroom on the first floor with bath, separate shower and double sink.

You will find a separate toilet on both the ground floor and the first floor.

The park is located near the very pleasant and busy town of L'Isle-sur-La-Sorgue, known for its Provencal market, approximately 200 (!) antique shops and flea markets and because of all the water that runs through the center via the canals. it is also called the "Venice of France". There are numerous restaurants on the water with nice terraces. You won't be bored here.

The immediate area offers beautiful excursions to picturesque villages such as Fontaine de Vaucluse, Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux en Venasque, Baux de Provence, and elegant cities such as Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Orange, Arles and Marseille.

An hour and a half drive from Cassis on the Mediterranean Sea. A visit to the Camargue is also within reach. Sporty guests can attempt to climb Mont Ventoux.

You can play golf in the immediate vicinity, about a 2-minute drive away (18 holes Golf de Saumane en Provence). Canoeing, survival and horse riding. Directly from the villa you can take beautiful forest walks in a protected nature reserve.

For wine lovers: top French wines such as Chateauneuf du Pape, Cȏtes du Rhone, Gigondas, Beaume de Venise, AOC Luberon and Ventoux can be tasted (and bought) from a range of wineries in the nearby area. The region has many good and affordable restaurants.
