Villa Annabelle is a detached holiday home, bungalow type, entirely on the ground floor, suitable for 2-6 people and has a heated private swimming pool and a spacious terrace with beautiful unobstructed and distant views; the Mediterranean Sea-Narbonne beach is 40 km away.

Holiday home "Villa Annabelle" is a beautiful spacious villa of no less than 150 m2, bungalow type, on a plot of almost 1500 m2; has several large canopies/terraces, 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, patio doors to the terrace and garden, it has a beautiful and unobstructed view of the mountains and a well-sun-facing (heated) private swimming pool of 8.30 x 4 m .with terrace, sun loungers, solar outdoor shower, electrically operated roller deck, parasols and barbecue. It is quietly located on a dead-end road between the vineyards in the small village of Escales in the Languedoc, about 40 minutes from the beach and the Mediterranean Sea and near the Canal du Midi.

Entering the spacious hall (24 m2), the hallway to the 3 bedrooms is on the left. On the right is the dining-living room and right in front of you is the storage room and the complete and cozy modern kitchen (12 m2). The living-dining room is very spacious (53 m2), equipped with air conditioning (for both cooling and heating) and has several doors to the large covered terrace with a view over the beautiful landscape and the mountains of the Montagne-Noir in the distance.

From the hall to the left, the three bedrooms (12 m2, 15 m2, 20 m2) are located in the hallway. All bedrooms have air conditioning and patio doors to a large covered terrace.

The house is very well furnished and we look forward to tenants who want to treat it with respect. The bathroom (8m2) has a bath, a walk-in shower and sink separated by a wall. Access to the toilet from the hall.

The covered terrace (ideal during warmer days) connects to the garden, creating a nice space for a terrace that is fully exposed to the sun. The covered terrace is divided into a dining area (table, 6 chairs) and the other part has a large lounge sofa and chairs. There is atmospheric lighting for cozy evenings, looking at the starry sky while enjoying a glass of wine or playing a game.

The villa is ideal to enjoy the peace and quiet, the space and the view of the rolling land, the wine regions and the mountains.

To the left of the bungalow, slightly lower and accessible via a wide staircase with 5 steps, is the swimming pool (4x8.30 m) with an electrically operated roller cover. There is a spacious terrace around it with a Solar outdoor shower (cold/hot water), with sunbeds with cushions, parasols, side tables. You will find the stone barbecue on a nearby terrace with seating and parasol. On another part of the site there is a 3rd terrace with dining table and chairs. In or out of the sun: the choice is yours.

Next to the house is a garage/shed where you can store your bicycle, golf sticks, buggy or suitcases. The grounds of the villa are 1500 m2 and have a beautiful fence at the front. There is ample parking space for 2 cars. There is an electric charging point for your electric car. You can see in one of the photos how large the bungalow is and covers the entire width of the site. So no one can come around the back and you therefore have complete privacy and security.

Entrance, spacious high hall with wardrobe with access to separate toilet with sink, walk through to kitchen, entrance on the right goes through double doors to the large living-dining room with fireplace (out of use), large dining table with 6 chairs; large sofa and 3 spacious armchairs, large coffee table, TV cabinet with TV, reception of Dutch and 2 Belgian TV channels; WIFI internet, SONOS box, built-in cabinets; large china cupboard. Everything is tastefully and carefully decorated. Air conditioning (cooling and heating) is available.

French doors open to the garden or to the terrace where the large lounge set is located.

From the kitchen there is a door to the terrace with the lounge set and another door to the terrace with the dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee filter machine, Nespresso, Senseo and all kinds of kitchen utensils. There is plenty of crockery, pans, cutlery and glassware available.

Hall with passage to the 3 bedrooms with air conditioning: 1 bedroom with 2x a new single bed 90x200 cm, patio doors to the terrace. Next to this is the 2nd bedroom with a new bed of 2x90=180 x 200 cm, patio doors to the attractive terrace. End of the hallway: access to the spacious 3rd bedroom, the master bedroom, equipped with a new electrically adjustable bed with mattresses of 2x90 = 180x200 cm, linen cupboard, make-up table and patio doors to the terrace with a mosquito net.

You can bring your own linen or rent it.

Around the house and on the terraces you will find many white Oleanders, Palm trees, Cypresses and Hydrangeas. You can play bocce or badminton on the gravel. There are various sun loungers with cushions, garden sets, parasols, barbecue and grill plate.

Garage or shed: located to the side of the house

(This does not offer the option for parking the car, but it does offer the option for a motorcycle or bicycles). Here you will find air mattresses for use in the swimming pool, a jeu de boules set and badminton set, ball, etc.

Electricity charging point for your car: surcharge €25 per week, please indicate this when booking.
