Bastide de Nine

Bastide de Nine is a charming natural stone house located in the middle of the nature of Provence, in a triangle between Lorgues, Flayosc and Les-Arcs-sur-Argens.

This characterful villa is true to its Provencal style both in interior and exterior, with wooden beams in the ceiling, terracotta floors, a tiled worktop in the kitchen and a fireplace.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 people and is perfect for families and friends.

Enjoy the view of the spacious garden and the swimming pool from the beautiful terrace with a nice glass of local rosé, while the children play table tennis or help prepare the BBQ.

The surface of the villa is 130m² and consists of a cozy living room with sitting area and TV on the ground floor, opening to the terrace. You will find a fireplace and built-in cupboard space with authentic doors. This also applies to the wooden beams in the ceiling. There is a connected dining area with dining table for 6 people and stairs that lead to the first floor. The kitchen is connected to the dining room and here too the authentic character has been preserved. Yet it is very functional, with cupboard space, a gas stove (4 burners) and an induction hob, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso and filter), refrigerator and freezer. Everything to bring out the best chef in ourselves with the necessary local ingredients and to surprise our company with a delicious meal.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, each with a bathroom with sink and shower.

Once upstairs there is another bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm and a double bed of 160 x 200 cm.

The house has air conditioning in all rooms, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed.

The outdoor area is 4500m2 and is accessible from the street via an electric gate. Access is shared with another resident who lives in a house next door, but apart from that, the villa itself and the garden are entirely for your own use and there is certainly sufficient privacy. There is ample parking space next to the villa.

On the spacious tiled terrace you can find some shade under the covered area during the hottest part of the day and you have a wide view of the green garden and the swimming pool with pool house. The swimming pool is 10x6m and goes up to 1.8m deep. There are comfortable sun loungers and a seating area all around. The pool house has an outdoor kitchen so you can have everything quickly at hand. An outdoor shower is also provided.

With easy access to the villages of Lorgues, Flayosc and Les-Arcs-sur-Argens, each a 10-minute drive away. The first beaches of Fréjus and Saint-Maxime are located 35 km from the house, so certainly feasible for a day trip to the sea.

The region has many sights and nice markets and restaurants/terraces to provide a varied program. The Tuesday morning market in Lorgues is a must. The wine chateaus in the area are also definitely worth a visit.
