Villa les Pins is a beautiful, modern new villa for up to 6 adults and 2 children (from 8 years) with a beautiful sea view! The villa has a living area of 150 m2 and has spectacular sea views on both floors. All areas are air-conditioned. This villa is a 2 km walk from the beach and the center of Carqueiranne with several cozy restaurants, bars and beach bars. The house has just been completed and has a contemporary design. You have a sea view from the terrace, the swimming pool and the living room. Adjacent to the living room and kitchen is the terrace with a beautiful infinity pool, where you can enjoy the beautiful view in the sun or shade, where the water of the pool disappears into the sea. There are comfortable sun loungers and the large dining table on the terrace completes the picture for a delicious lunch or dinner with a great view over the Côte d'Azur!

The kitchen/diner is located on the ground floor. This is fully equipped. There are glass doors in the semi-open kitchen and living room, making the terrace a real extension of the living room.
On the ground floor there is also the master bedroom with a double bed (160×200). This bedroom has a bathroom, which is equipped with a bath, shower, sink and toilet. The room has a mezzanine, where 2 children can sleep on the sofa bed (120×190).
Next to the kitchen is the living room, which has a flat screen TV and a cozy fireplace. The living room also has sliding glass doors on the south and west sides, which can be opened completely and offer a beautiful sea view. There is a separate guest toilet.
The stairs in the hall take you to the 1st floor, where the other 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom with toilet are located.
The entire house has air conditioning and Fiber 4G.
Villa les Pins is a 2 km walk from the beach, the bakery and various shops, restaurants and bars. The house is located in a quiet area with beautiful views.
The terrace on the living room level is adjacent to the swimming pool. There are plenty of sun loungers and armchairs where you can enjoy the sun, a book, the peace and the view. There is a large awning on the terrace, so you can also enjoy it in the shade.
There is a delicious barbecue for a cozy outdoor dinner.
Enjoy the view of the sea and the Presqu'île de Giens and visit the islets of Port Cros or Porquerolles by ferry for an unforgettable holiday!
