This very spacious holiday home is located on the quiet 4-star domain "Les Rives de l'Ardèche" with detached villas on large plots of land.

The Ardeche river runs below the park. Via a good staircase from the villa park you can walk to the bank and the Ardèche river in 2 minutes.

This holiday home "Belle Vue de l'Ardèche" is one of the largest types of villas in the villa park offered on this website. A very spacious living room with 3 sliding doors, air conditioning, open kitchen, 4 bedrooms including: 2 have air conditioning and 1 with a ceiling fan, 2 bathrooms and a separate 3rd toilet. The house is located on approximately 740 m2 of land. The garden faces South-West.

The house is partly located on a slope with plants, and a seating area has been created both downstairs and upstairs. There is even room to play a game of jeu de boules on the fine gravel!

The garden has a number of olive trees, mulberry trees, butterfly bushes, roses, colorful oleanders and lavender. Under the patio cover, where you can sit on both the southwest and the south while enjoying a glass of wine, you can enjoy flowering plants and shrubs. There are 2 garden sets, various sun loungers and parasols and a gas BBQ from Weber.

There is also a beautiful gazebo in the garden where you can relax if you want to sit out of the sun.

Very spacious living room with 3 sliding doors with access to the covered terrace. The open, spacious luxury kitchen is equipped with Siemens appliances (refrigerator with freezer, separate 2nd freezer, dishwasher, combination oven/microwave).

Furthermore, there is 1x air conditioning, fireplace, electric heating, 3x air conditioning; a 3-seater and a 2 ½ seater sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table and sideboard. A bookcase with different types of reading books, information leaflets about the area and some reading and picture books for the little ones. There are some toys and games.

There is a TV with Dutch and Belgian channels and a DVD player.

There is room for 8 people at the large wooden dining table. There are also 2 highchairs available. The sliding doors have electrically operated shutters and all other windows have Provencal wooden shutters. The average summer temperature in this area is 32-35 degrees, with many warm days with fantastic clear blue skies from April to October.

Bedrooms:

The house has 4 bedrooms, all furnished with two single good quality box springs (3 bedrooms each with 2 beds of 80x200 and 1 bedroom especially for tall people with 2 beds of 90 x 210 cm). This master bedroom also has a good ceiling fan. House has 3x air conditioning. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, mirror, bedside tables and chair. There are also 2 children's camping beds available. However, it is rented to a maximum of 6 people.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with patio doors, a bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan. On the (living) floor there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning.

There is also a spacious (2nd) bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a separate 3rd toilet in the hallway. An air conditioner has been installed in the house. There is a camping cot and 1 high chair plus stair gate available and available free of charge to our guests.

Belle Vue has a carport adjacent to the storage room with a 2nd uncovered parking space. The house is not suitable for wheelchairs.

All villas are well furnished and have every comfort. The Villa Park itself has a beautiful large swimming pool with a separate toddler area, a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The park with the terrace and various (sports) facilities is only accessible to guests of this villa park.
