6-person villa with a luminous and beautifully furnished living room with an open kitchen, featuring 2 French doors opening onto the terrace, garden, swimming pool, and the view.

Wood stove in the seating area. The house features split-system air conditioning, internet, an electric (vitro) hob with oven, microwaves, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, blender, toaster, Nespresso....

All three bedrooms overlook the garden and the swimming pool: two rooms with two beds of 80*200 each and one room with a single bed of 140*200. The ground-floor room has its own Italian shower and washbasin.

Beautiful bathroom with bathtub/shower, two washbasins, and WC. Cot available (on request).

Utility room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and ironing equipment.

Furniture rental (3%) is included in the rental price.

Uzès (13 km) is a very beautiful medieval city, protected by UNESCO, a duchy with a rich history and a palace, featuring old buildings, museums, concerts, shows, galleries, antique shops, restaurants, terraces, shops, pedestrian streets, and its famous Provençal market.

Saint Quentin La Poterie (7 km) is a very well-known village for its various artists, pedestrian streets, bars and restaurants, supermarket, bakeries, butcher, medical center, … and its Provençal market.
