The house features a beautiful living room with an open kitchen and fireplace on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a separate studio with its own entrance.
From the swimming pool and the petanque court, you have a very beautiful view of the surrounding hills.
The house is set among vineyards in peace and quiet.
At 5 min walk there is the leisure park La Phare, and after another 5 min you are in the centre of picturesque Carces.
A 15 min drive takes you to Cotignac, voted the most beautiful village in France. Equally picturesque are Entrecasteaux, Le Thoronet, Tourtour, Villecroze.
