Entering through the front door, you arrive in a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, microwave, electric hob, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The living room, with its authentic stone walls, includes a television with a DVD player and a cozy wood-burning stove.

On the first floor, there are no fewer than four bedrooms. A master bedroom, from where you can watch the sunrise, with a double bed and Velux windows with adjustable blackout blinds. Adjoining this is a children's room containing a bunk bed and a cot. Toys and reading books are also always available for the little ones.

There is also a single room with a workspace and built-in wardrobe, and another room with a double bed and a workspace.

The bathroom on the first floor features a washbasin, toilet, shower, and separate bathtub.

There is an outdoor table and a pergola on the terrace. The spacious terrace faces south and offers an unobstructed view. Sun loungers and a hammock are also available for outdoor use.

A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in an adjoining room attached to the house. Everything for a relaxing stay in the Dordogne.

Salignac-Eyvigues is located about 10 kilometers away, where you will find a supermarket, bakery, and petrol station. Within a 45-minute drive, many attractions in the region can be discovered. These include numerous chateaus, charming French villages along the Dordogne River, caves, and gardens. There is also plenty to do for young holidaymakers, from a climbing forest to an animal park. A region where you will find you don't have enough time!
