Holiday home L'Etoile Filante (the shooting star) is a newly built house with a private pool and it can accommodate 8 to 9 people; so ideal for 2 families. Attractive for holiday guests who seek a combination of calm and comfort. The house is situated in the Perigord Noir, so there are many possibilities for active and or cultural day trips.

The house is situated on a property of 4000m2. The property is enclosed, slightly sloping, and very quiet. There is 100% privacy around the beautiful private pool of 4,5 X 9,5m, which is situated at only 10m from the house and is secured with an alarm. The swimming pool is open from May till October. Garden furniture and sunbeds around the swimming pool. Swing and barbecue.

Living room with television corner, video and DVD, two couches 4 chairs and a dining table for 10 persons. Fully equipped kitchen with a cooker - oven, dishwasher, fridge - freezer. Utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra fridge-freezer.

Two bedrooms are equipped with two beds of 90cm x 200cm.

One bedroom with a large double bed 160cm x 210cm with two mattresses

One bedroom with a king bed 180cm x 210cm with two electric adjustable bed frames.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and closets.

2 Bathrooms one with shower and one with a bath.

2 toilets

Toys for children (o.a: puzzles, family games and outside swing). For young children: baby cots (2), baby chairs (2), baby monitor.
