The villa features a modern shower room, a separate toilet and two comfortable bedrooms:
– a master bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), private WC and washbasin,
– a bedroom with three single beds (90 cm).
The open-plan kitchen, dining area and bright living room open directly onto the semi-covered terrace, perfect for enjoying a sunny breakfast or relaxing moments together.
Just 20 metres behind the villa, you will find the independent studio, equipped with a double bed (140 cm), a functional kitchen and a bathroom. It enjoys a prime location next to the private heated swimming pool (open from 03/05 to 15/10/2025).
The wooden terrace, furnished with sun loungers and outdoor seating, invites you to unwind. A covered outdoor kitchen with fridge, plancha, table and chairs completes this outdoor living area.
Both the villa and the studio are fully equipped with all kitchen and household essentials. Each unit has its own TV and air conditioning.
The villa and studio are always rented together and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
In the nearby village of Moux, you will find a bakery, a post office, a restaurant and a bar for your everyday needs.
Just 3 minutes by car, at the entrance of Capendu, you will find the nearest supermarket.
Only 10 minutes’ drive away, the town of Lézignan-Corbières offers a wide selection of supermarkets, various shops and a large traditional market every Wednesday.
