Welcome to this charming, recently renovated villa, bright, comfortable, and fully equipped for up to 6 people, with a private (heated) pool. Located in Najac-Siran (34210), high on a hill in the Minervois region, with breathtaking panoramic views over the vineyards and rolling countryside.

Good to know:

- Arrival from 5 PM - departure at 9 AM

- Pets are welcome (max 2 and for a surcharge)

- Tourist tax according to local rates

- Additional costs: Final cleaning €145, Booking fee €50

- Heated pool in May, June, and September

- To maintain the tranquility of the area, parties or noisy gatherings are not permitted

- Electric cars may not be charged via the villa's mains power supply (for safety reasons)
