Welcome to our property, an ideal place to gather with family or friends. The main house and the independent gîte provide all the comfort needed to fully enjoy your stay. Ideally located just outside Carcassonne, the village of Palaja is the perfect base for discovering the treasures of the Aude region and the Land of the Cathars. Combining heritage, nature, gastronomy and outdoor activities, the area offers countless opportunities for couples, families and lovers of culture and relaxation.
The Main House (160 m²)
Spread over two floors, it includes:

A comfortable living and dining room.
A semi-open kitchen leading onto the covered terrace.

A bathroom and separate toilet.
First Floor
A spacious bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and private balcony.
The Independent Gîte
Perfect for preserving everyone's privacy, it includes:
A living area with a fully equipped kitchen.
A bathroom.
A bedroom located on the first floor.

Enjoy a 3,000 m² garden offering peace and plenty of space. Relax by the swimming pool and make use of the pool house, ideal for meals and convivial moments under the southern French sun.
