Charming farmhouse in the Dordogne, swimming pool, Wifi and animals of the farm

Spring, Summer ou Autumn holidays, Lauzanac farmhouse cottage is open all year round. We can welcome 8 people and 2 babies with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Private pool, WIFI and animals of the farm.

Based in a hamlet with 3 houses (2 cottages and our house) and a farm in activity. Eymet medieval village is at 3 km and Bergerac and its airport, at 20 km.

Lauzanac farmhouse cottage is on 2 levels. At the ground floor, a large open plan living and dining room and the equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, microwave ...), a long and beautiful table and a lounge in front of the open stove to have the pleasure of the fire during the out season.

At the first floor : 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Also a small lounge with TV, Dvd player and the satellite TV for the internationnal channels. AIRCO in the bedrooms (new for 2020).

Details of the bedrooms : purple bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a cot. Bathroom with toilets. Blue bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 cot. Shower room with toilets. Green bedroom with 2 double beds and the shower room with toilets.

Outside, in front of the main room, a lovely space with garden furniture. Then, a covered terrace with table, chairs and the bbq. Another garden on a second level has got a swing and a ping-pong table. The pool's space is secured by a fence and a security gate. There is a bathroom nearby with toilets.

The car park is private.

Eymet, our village is a beautiful medieval town. Very appreciated by the tourists, you could find all the shops and also a large choice of cafes, restaurants and tea room. The traditionnal market takes place on the square each Thursday morning since 1270 ! During Summer time, you could go to the different night markets we have in Eymet or in the villages around.

We are at 25 km far from Bergerac and also close to the historic and prehistoric places. Beautiful villages, huge castles, caves or gardens are open all year round. For the younger ones, different parks will welcome them to climb in trees or drive quads and kartings. You could also rent electric bikes to visit the countryside.

We are not far from St Emilion or Bordeaux. Visits that we recommend. Other wise, we live close to the cottages and can asnwer to your questions when you want.
