Villa Parosa with swimming pool

Our villa is located on the edge of a beautiful village, 4 km from Roquebrune S/Argens. Our private pool (chlorine-free) is heated and you can enjoy a swim from late April to October. We have a ping-pong table and a pétanque court at the house.

Living rooms and bedrooms all have air conditioning.

For TV lovers, a Chromecast is available so you can watch your favorite programs using your own TV apps.

The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. The fully detached villa is situated on a hilltop, so it's never prone to flooding. We are ten kilometers from Frejus/St. Raphael. You have a very unobstructed view from the terrace. La Bouvarie, together with the coastal resort of Les Issambres and Roquebrune-Ville, forms a municipality. From the villa, the terraces, and the pool, you look out over beautifully wooded hills. The sea and beaches of Frejus, St. Raphael, St. Aygulf, Les Issambres, and St. Maxime are about a twenty-minute drive away. The garden (1500 m²) is partly natural, partly cultivated, and enclosed. Thanks to our location, several hiking trails are within easy reach in a beautiful, diverse nature reserve (ideal for walkers). La Bouverie has a small town center with a supermarket, bakers, greengrocer, pizzeria, restaurant, hairdresser, florist, and drugstore. A lovely market with local products is held here once a week on Saturdays. Roquebrune is a picturesque, very old village with cozy restaurants and a beautiful village square. From the villa, you can reach Cannes in half an hour, Nice in forty-five minutes, and Monaco in an hour. The mountains are also within an hour's drive. There is much to experience in the area, including culture, sports, and cuisine. There are numerous golf courses, and the hiking opportunities are endless. But there are also exciting hiking trails (constructed) along the coast, both towards St. Tropez and Cannes.

If you have something to celebrate or simply don't feel like cooking, you can hire a fantastic chef.

At the Lac in Roquebrune (10 minutes away), there's plenty of entertainment for all ages. There's a small beach with lounge chairs, a playground for all ages further out in the lake, slides, climbing opportunities, and a delicious bar with tapas and a great restaurant. Don't miss it!
