'La Ressource' is quietly located amid the olive groves and vineyards of Villedieu/Buisson. These idyllic villages in the Vaucluse department overlooking Mont Ventoux are closely linked in their history and current biodynamic viticulture, 7 km from the town of Vaison-la-Romaine. In addition to picturesque shopping streets and all modern city amenities, Vaison is known for its large Provencal market (Tuesday), impressive archaeological Roman site, medieval district and cultural & artistic events all year round.
Of the 13 medieval villages around Vaison, Villedieu (at +/- 1 Km) is appreciated for its charming village square with centuries-old plane trees and fountain. A village café, 2 restaurants, grocery & decoration shop will immediately bring you into the Provencal rhythm. With more than 2,250 hours of sunshine and fertile loam soil, the Vauclusiens recognize their region as a paradise place with a rich harvest of olives, grapes, strawberries, mirabelles, almonds, etc.
Buisson/Villedieu is easily accessible by car (920 km from Brussels) or by TGV to Avignon (direct from Brussels or Antwerp in 4h20min.) or flights to Nîmes and Marseille.
