The villa is located on a small-scale, closed domaine with only a few houses.

The last stretch to the house is a short, slightly steep driveway, which contributes to the quiet and elevated location.

Although the villa is semi-detached, you can enjoy complete privacy on the terraces and in the garden.

The house has been completely renovated and stylishly furnished, with an eye for comfort, light and functionality.
