This special villa consists of two separate houses: a bright, contemporary main house and a charming outbuilding with its own atmosphere. Together they form the perfect place for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy comfort, privacy and togetherness.

Two homes – together and private

The villa consists of two fully-fledged accommodations, each with its own character:

Main house (approx. 135 m²)

Modern, bright living space with open kitchen, mezzanine and large windows. Here you immediately experience the “wow factor” of the house.

Outbuilding (approx. 100 m²)

Attractively and comfortably furnished, with its own living room and kitchen. Ideal for guests who want a little more privacy.
