We offer our beautiful 4-person chalet/holiday home, Chalet Valley Boutique. This chalet was completely renovated and redesigned in 2020, giving it a unique, intimate atmosphere.

Do you also dream of sun-drenched days, an azure blue sea and the enchanting landscape of the Cote d' Azur?

Close to the fishing village of Le Lavandou and the Mediterranean Sea, our contemporary and comfortably furnished mobile home 'Chalet Valley Boutique' is located on a small-scale, attractive campsite, surrounded by lively cities, picturesque villages and breathtaking nature.

The Chalet

The 4-person chalet is a holiday home renovated and newly furnished in 2020 with a quirky but also intimate atmosphere.

As wine lovers and lovers of sun, sea and the beautiful nature of the Cote d'Azur, we purchased chalet Valley Boutique in the summer of 2020 and subsequently completely renovated it.

Purchased for your own holidays but also for rental to friends and acquaintances.

The area around the chalet is known for the number of vineyards, charming towns and the most beautiful bays & beaches with natural azure blue water.

Chalet Valley Boutique is located on a spacious site on the edge of Parc Valrose, close to the swimming pool. The first thing you notice is the spacious terrace. With a garden set with 4 chairs, two sun loungers and a large canopy.

• The chalet has air conditioning.

• In the bright living/dining room you will find a sitting area with (digital) TV.

• A Bluetooth speaker for music lovers.

• The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, (gas) oven, large fridge/freezer combination and a Nespresso coffee machine.

• The presence of a gas BBQ provides the opportunity to cook outside.

• The two bedrooms are equipped with good mattresses.

• A bedroom with a double bed of 1.40 x 2 m.

• Second bedroom with two single beds.

• The sofa in the living room contains a (small) double folding bed.

• There is a camping bed and a high chair for the little ones.

• There is also sufficient storage space and there are mosquito screens and blackout curtains in front of the windows.

• There is one bathroom with sink, spacious shower and toilet.

• And one separate toilet with sink.

• The chalet has its own parking space.

The park

Chalet Valley Boutique is located on Parc Valrose in the town of La Londe les Maures, where you will find all the essential amenities such as supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy and more. The chalet is located 3 km from Le Lavandou, 7 km from Bormes les Mimosas, 15 km from Aéroport Toulon-Hyères, 32 km from Toulon, 37 km from Saint-Tropez and 162 km from Nice.

At Parc Valrose you can enjoy various facilities, the heated outdoor swimming pool (with children's pool) is available to guests from April to October. The restaurant is open all season and offers various fun activities in high season. There is also a playground with some play equipment, table tennis and of course a jeu de boules court.

There is also plenty to do outside the site: the central location of Chalet Valley Boutique invites you to cycle and walk, a visit to one of the surrounding vineyards, day trips to Saint Tropez, Nice, Cannes Bormes les Mimomas, Toulon and of course Le Lavandou.

Enjoy the most beautiful beaches. Or go in search of delicious southern French regional products and then return to the wonderful tranquility of Chalet Valley Boutique.

In short, Chalet Valley Boutique is the perfect place for bon vivants, nature lovers and basically anyone who enjoys all the beauty that the Cote d'Azur has to offer.
