Welcome to Gîte La Petite Las Clèdes, an attractive holiday home with private swimming pool, located on a hill in the beautiful Penne-d'Agenais in the Lot-et-Garonne department. Thanks to its unique location, you can enjoy a panoramic view over the rolling landscape of south-west France, while peace, nature and privacy are central.

This charming gîte is suitable for 1 to 5 people and is the ideal base for families, couples and nature lovers looking for a relaxing holiday in an authentic French environment. There is an area of ​​approximately 1.3 hectares surrounding the holiday home, so you can fully enjoy the peace and space.

During hot summer days, the exclusive private swimming pool offers wonderful cooling. The gîte also has a cozy pool bar with extra refrigerator, barbecue, Bluetooth sound system and crockery, so you can fully enjoy long summer evenings on the terrace.

Children will have hours of fun thanks to the trampoline, ping-pong table, table football, swings and spacious playing field. A jeu de boules court also provides fun moments for the whole family.

The hospitable owners live on the same property and are always ready with tips about the region, beautiful walking routes and fun excursions, while your privacy is fully guaranteed.

The holiday home is comfortably furnished and has a cozy living room with wood stove (insert), Dutch satellite TV, Bluetooth audio system and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and Senseo coffee machine and beer tap (on request).

The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1m60 wide). The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, including a double bed (1m40) and a single bed. The house offers sleeping accommodation for 1 to 5 people.

The bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower with massage function, a sink, toilet and washing machine.

For families with young children, a baby bed, high chair and playpen are also available on request (€50).

The gîte has its own parking space, a spacious private garden with pool bar with plancha and BBQ and several cozy terraces where you can enjoy the beautiful view in peace.

Penne-d'Agenais is one of the most beautiful villages in France and is located just 8 kilometers from Villeneuve-sur-Lot, in the middle of the beautiful Lot-et-Garonne department. It is not without reason that the region is called the Tuscany of France thanks to its rolling hills, extensive vineyards, sunflower fields, forests and picturesque medieval villages.

This is a true paradise for hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Numerous hiking trails of up to approximately 35 kilometers depart from the gîte, while challenging mountain bike trails through forests, valleys and along rivers also provide plenty of variety. Along the way you can regularly spot deer, foxes, badgers, birds of prey and squirrels.

Water sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth. On the Lot River you can canoe, fish, sail or rent an electric boat without a boating license. There are also numerous recreational opportunities in the area, such as horse riding, tennis, mountain biking and various amusement parks.

The region is also known for its rich gastronomy. During the summer months you will find numerous lively evening markets with live music where local producers offer their specialties such as foie gras, grilled duck, regional wines, plum products and other culinary delicacies. Wine lovers are also in a prime location, close to the famous wine regions of Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, Monbazillac and Cahors, where numerous wineries welcome visitors for tastings.
