With approximately 180 m² of living space, four bedrooms and several bathrooms and shower rooms, Domaine les Salamandres comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The villa is therefore particularly well suited to families, two families travelling together, or a holiday with friends in Provence.

The property is surrounded by a fully enclosed and gated garden of approximately 2,000 m², beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants. The centrepiece is the attractive mosaic swimming pool, measuring 4.5 x 9 metres. The pool can be heated outside the high season and also features a separate 2 x 2 metre paddling pool for children. Thanks to its semi-automatic cover, the water stays warmer for longer, while providing additional safety for young children.

Several outdoor areas have been created to make the most of the Provençal climate. There is a spacious upper terrace with sun loungers and a dining table for 8, a lower terrace, and an inviting pool house with a lounge area, dining table, sun loungers and a Weber gas barbecue. Both the swimming pool and pool house can be illuminated in the evening.

An automatic entrance gate, free Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as amenities for young children, make your stay even more comfortable.

On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall with cloakroom, toilet and staircase leading to the first floor. The tastefully furnished living and dining room features a comfortable seating area, dining area, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare elaborate meals during your holiday, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, citrus juicer, kettle and slow cooker. The separate utility room contains a large American-style refrigerator with ice maker, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The ground floor also features a spacious bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and dressing room. This bedroom provides direct access to the upper terrace. The adjoining bathroom has a double washbasin, toilet and rain shower.

Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm. All bedrooms offer ample storage space.

Also on this floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and double washbasin, a separate shower room with a rain shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet.

All windows are fitted with shutters, helping to keep the house pleasantly cool during hot summer days. For stays during cooler periods, the villa is equipped with underfloor heating.

Families with young children have also been well catered for: a travel cot, stair gate and two high chairs are provided.

Domaine les Salamandres is located in Pourrières, a characteristic Provençal village in the Var department, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. The villa is situated in a quiet, green setting at the foot of the famous Montagne Sainte-Victoire and serves as an excellent base for exploring both the Provence Verte and the rest of Provence.

The center of Pourrières is located approximately 2 kilometers from the villa. Here you can find daily amenities and experience the relaxed atmosphere of a typical South French village. Nearby Pourcieux is about 4 kilometers away, and Puyloubier is about 7 kilometers away.

Nature lovers and active holidaymakers will find themselves in an excellent location here. The Montagne Sainte-Victoire, inextricably linked to painter Paul Cézanne, invites you to take beautiful walks and bike rides.
