Au Petit Bonheur 07 is a 3-star holiday home for 6 people located in Vesseaux, in the Ardèche, close to Aubenas and at the gateway to southern Ardèche. The property consists of several areas and outbuildings arranged around pleasant outdoor spaces. One of its main features is the completely private 5 x 10-metre swimming pool, reserved exclusively for guests staying at the property. There are also several terraces, a covered summer kitchen with a plancha grill, an outdoor lounge area and a pétanque court. An ideal setting for making the most of sunny days in the Ardèche.

The holiday home can accommodate up to 6 guests in two air-conditioned bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi is available. Families travelling with young children can also make use of a travel cot and high chair. Pets are welcome at no additional charge.

The location in Vesseaux makes it easy to combine relaxation with exploring the surrounding area. Village shops are close by, while numerous hiking and mountain biking trails provide direct access to the landscapes of the Ardèche. Aubenas, the region’s picturesque villages, the Pont d’Arc, the Gorges de l’Ardèche and Grotte Chauvet 2 are among the many places to visit in the area.

The accommodation is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and consists of several separate areas arranged around the outdoor spaces.

The first air-conditioned bedroom sleeps 2 guests and features a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm. It has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The second bedroom is also air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm as well as a bunk bed with two 90 x 190 cm beds. A toilet is also available in this area.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Facilities include a dining table, oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. A bathroom with shower and a toilet complete this area.

Outside, life naturally revolves around the swimming pool and terraces. The first covered terrace features a summer kitchen with a dining table and plancha grill, while a second area is furnished as an outdoor lounge. The private swimming pool measures 5 x 10 metres and has a depth of approximately 1.45 to 1.60 metres. The pool water is not heated.

Au Petit Bonheur 07 is located in Vesseaux, a village in the Ardèche close to Aubenas. Its location makes it an excellent base for exploring both southern Ardèche and the more mountainous landscapes of the department.

In Vesseaux itself, holidaymakers will find a range of local shops, including a bakery, butcher’s shop, small supermarket and wine cooperative, as well as several restaurants. The historic village centre and its narrow streets also offer an opportunity to discover the authentic character of Vesseaux.

Those who enjoy active holidays can make use of tennis courts, a skatepark and numerous mountain biking routes. Around 40 km of hiking trails can be accessed from the village, making it possible to explore the Ardèche on foot directly from the area surrounding the holiday home.

Several of the Ardèche’s iconic attractions can be reached on a day trip. According to the owner, the picturesque villages of Balazuc, Vogüé and Antraigues-sur-Volane are less than a 30-minute drive away. The Pont d’Arc and Grotte Chauvet 2 are approximately 40 minutes away, while the mountain scenery and Ardèche plateau can be reached in around an hour.

The region therefore offers plenty of opportunities to combine swimming and relaxing at the holiday home with hiking, mountain biking, exploring picturesque villages, visiting local markets, enjoying regional cuisine and discovering the natural landscapes of the Ardèche.
