One of the great assets of La Grande Terre is the private swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters. The swimming pool is located near the terrace and the living room and slopes gradually down a staircase to a depth of approximately 1.70 meters. There is plenty of space around the pool to enjoy the southern French sun and there are sun beds. The swimming pool also has a roof.
The terrace has a large table with chairs, so you can eat outside and enjoy the surroundings. in the evening, the underwater lighting of the swimming pool can provide extra atmosphere.

La Grande Terre is comfortably and neatly furnished for a stay of up to 4 people.
The spacious living room of approximately 35 m² has French doors to the terrace and the swimming pool. Inside you will find a wood-burning stove, sitting area with two sofas and an armchair, television with satellite antenna, CD/DVD player and a sofa bed for 2 people.
Adjacent is the spacious kitchen/diner of approximately 15 m². The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, oven/microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Coffee lovers also have a choice of various coffee machines, including Nespresso and Senseo.
The bedroom of approximately 13 m² has a double bed of 180 x 200 cm, two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Bed linen is provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and washing machine and has automatic ventilation.
Thanks to the French doors and the connection between the living room, kitchen and terrace, indoor and outdoor life easily merge. The house is not wheelchair accessible.

The area is also interesting for those who want to discover the typical villages and markets of the Drôme Provençale.
For daily shopping you can go to Séderon, about 9 km from Pelleret. According to the owner's information, there is a supermarket, bakery, bank, post office and several restaurants here.
Montbrun-les-Bains, about 25 km away, is also recommended. This characterful Provencal village is known for its historic village center and location against the hills. The route there through the Vallée du Toulourenc is worth it in itself.
If you like to visit local markets, you can visit Séderon, Vaison-la-Romaine, Sault, Buis-les-Baronnies, Nyons, Revest-du-Bion and Montbrun-les-Bains in the area. Almost every day there is a Provencal market somewhere to discover.
For a longer day trip, Vaison-la-Romaine, Nyons and Sault are also possible. The region around Sault is also known for its lavender fields. Mont Ventoux is also accessible from this region and is a beautiful destination for cyclists and nature lovers.
Those who prefer to be active can explore the area on foot or by bike. According to the owner, there are also opportunities for paragliding near Mévouillon. The combination of nature, tranquility, Provencal villages and various excursion options makes La Grande Terre an attractive base to discover this quiet part of southern France.
