Surrounded by greenery between Nîmes and Montpellier, the estate is situated close to Sommières and on the edge of the Cévennes. This holiday home is part of a small private hamlet, Domaine de Monteils, a former 9th-century priory that has been fully restored and converted into an exclusive holiday resort. The Domaine comprises 7 individual accommodations, all designed for 2 adults only, with no overlooking neighbours, ensuring absolute peace and tranquillity.

Pavillon Timéo offers approximately 60 m² of living space and combines the authentic character of an old Provençal farmhouse with modern comfort. The spacious living area, with its light-coloured exposed beams and windows on several sides, enjoys plenty of natural light and beautiful open views over the surrounding vineyards.

One of the highlights of Pavillon Timéo is its outdoor space. The holiday home has its own leafy garden of approximately 400 m², overlooking the vineyards. A private terrace with outdoor furniture and sun loungers provides the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and outdoor lifestyle of the South of France.

For an extra touch of relaxation, Pavillon Timéo features a private outdoor spa, sheltered from view and exclusively reserved for guests staying at the holiday home. The spa is equipped with two reclining positions, one seated position, 42 massage jets, a waterfall and chromotherapy.

Inside, Pavillon Timéo offers approximately 60 m² of comfortable living space. The spacious living room immediately stands out with its whitewashed beams and abundance of natural light. A large leather corner sofa with chaise longue, together with the dining table and carefully selected furnishings, creates a stylish and inviting living area.

The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, multifunction oven, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. Entertainment facilities include a large 55-inch Sony TV, Google TV, Chromecast, Netflix, a DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker. Fast Wi-Fi is also available. According to the latest information from the estate, air conditioning will also be provided from 2027 onwards.

Pavillon Timéo has one separate bedroom with characterful exposed beams and direct access to the garden. The bedroom features a 160 cm king-size bed and a large authentic wardrobe. Guests can also choose between a firmer mattress or softer comfort with a mattress topper.

The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower. The interior opens directly onto the private terrace and garden, furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers. The private spa is also located here, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Domaine de Monteils is located near Carnas, in the Gard department of Occitanie, surrounded by the beautiful landscape of southern France between the Languedoc, Provence, the Cévennes and the Camargue. The estate is surrounded by vineyards and nature and enjoys a strategic location between Nîmes and Montpellier, close to the medieval town of Sommières.

About a 10-minute drive away are Sommières and Sauve, two charming historic towns that are perfect for enjoying a café terrace, visiting a local market or strolling through picturesque old streets. Anduze and the landscapes of the Cévennes are approximately 20 minutes away. The Mediterranean beaches, the Camargue and Montpellier can be reached in around 30 minutes, according to the estate.

The location is also particularly attractive for cultural visits and day trips. Uzès and the Pont du Gard are approximately 40 minutes away by car, while Avignon and Arles can be reached in around 50 minutes.
