Casa Nis is a cozy holiday home on a private domain with 6 houses and a large swimming pool. Located between the vineyard fields 3 km from St Martin d'Ardèche, it is an ideal location to unwind with a fantastic holiday feeling. The micro-climate ensures pleasant temperatures and many hours of sunshine.

The house with 5a private has a cozy covered terrace and an outdoor terrace with fixed BBQ. The 2 bedrooms offer space for 6 people and have a large built-in wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with all electrical appliances such as a combi oven, 2 fridges with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, kettle, ...

The living room is very nicely decorated with a beautiful photo wall of the Pont d'Arc. During the warm hours, you can cool off with air conditioning here while watching a movie on the large flat screen TV. 

In the living room there is also a corner sofa that can be converted into a double bed. 

The bathroom has a spacious shower, double sink and storage space. Separate WC. 

On the terrace are comfortable furniture for a delicious breakfast outside. In the storage room, accessible via the outside terrace, you will find sun loungers and sunbeds 

The communal swimming pool (7 x 13m) is completely fenced (safety) and is the ideal opportunity to have contact with other tenants. Since it is a small domain, it is NEVER crowded at the pool.

in a radius of 5 km you will find several department stores such as Lidl, Casino, Intermarché, Carrefour. At 3 km there is the last town of the Ardèche, St Martin d'Ardèche, where there is a beach on the river and you can rent pedal boats and kayaks. On the other side of this beach you look at the medieval castle of Aiguèze, a small cozy village with a square, shops and restaurants. The Gorges de l'Ardèche start here with a 40km long tourist route towards Vallon Pont d`Arc with breathtaking views along the way, stops to visit with hiking trails and caves. Pierrelatte crocodile farm is 10 km away. At 2 km from the house there is Adventure Parc with a large trail through the trees. And a little further, just before the historic bridge to St Martin d`Ardèche, there is Swing roller City. Fun for young and old.
