Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet but with the advantage of a large number of attractions within a short distance. For example the famous caves of Lascaux can be seen in the distance from your terrace.

Belle Vue has on the ground floor a large living room with patio doors to the terrace, a large fireplace, a dining area with open kitchen and a bedroom with an private bathroom.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with twin beds, finally there is a second bathroom.
Outsite
Around the house is a large lawn where you can play football, jeu de boules, badminton or just lay in
the sun and enjoy a nice book. In front of the terrace you can enjoy the private swimmingpool which will be constructed this winter so what more do you want? For the car (s), there is enough private parking place.
Only five minutes drive to the center of Montignac, where there are many good and cozy restaurants, you can also go fishing and canoeing on the Vézère river. Le Lardin is about 4 km away and also are some shops, cafes, restaurants, and the possibility to play tennis. A little further, at Fossemagne, there is a lake with a sandy beach where you can swimm. Of course you can also enjoy a fascinating visit to the Prehistoric Caves of Lascaux (in Montignac) and the charming medieval town of Sarlat (20 km) with lively markets and summer festivals.
We had carefully chosen the villa to ensure level access for my disabled Mother in Law, downstairs bathroom and toilet, steps into the pool and private gardens. We were not disappointed, the villa was well equipped throughout with everything you could need. BBQ implements and briquettes were there, table tennis, basketball, football for the kids even a kite for the afternoon winds. If you wanted to sit outside for any meal there were a multitude of options to catch the sun. In the evening, sitting by the pool reading and enjoying a local red wine was truly relaxing.
We enjoyed discovering the local area and had a few canoe trips down the Vézère, one from Montignac to Saint leon and the other from Saint Leon to Les Eyzies. Also visiting the caves Lascaux and La Roque St. Christophe for the troglodyte caves. The kids really enjoyed discovering all the history and wandering round chateaux, avoiding the local bats! Furthermore the local restaurants in Montignac were excellent, Lou bombareau was very relaxed and sociable and catered for the kids with moules. On a rare adult only dinner Hostellerie La Roseraie didn't disappoint with excellent food. I enjoyed devouring Magret de Canard, a local specialty multiple times!
House was beautiful, pool tiptop, garden very well maintained ... owners very pleasant people ...

We were made to feel very welcome and informed on our arrival. The house is spacious and very functional. The extras that make all the difference: the swimming pool more than appreciable in scorching weather, and the panoramic and unobstructed view. We recommend with eyes closed, and will be back!
The weather is still changeable but so far we have been able to enjoy the sun every afternoon. It is also good to mention that Mr. and Mrs. Deljarry are really very sweet, helpful people.
