“La Bouteille dans le Bois” is located in an unspoilt fern forest with a view through a prairie, on the distant valley.

Next to it is the private valley of the country house with the possibility of golf, a 9-hole practice course of 2100m, no green fee!

All enclosed by oak forests, lavender and sunflowers.

Beautiful house, all on one level with a view over a private valley. Spacious kitchen with large stove with oven and wok burner. Flat screen TV with Dutch channels, WIFI, two bathrooms with 2 showers, 2 toilets and a bath.

Sufficient good garden furniture. Central underfloor heating on gas supplemented with a cozy all-burner. The house is at a safe distance from the swimming pool (250m). Golf on private property.

Large living room with cozy all-burner, dining room and kitchen with a bedroom with bathroom on both sides, that is to say 2 showers, 2 toilets and a bath. Furthermore, a very spacious covered terrace. All rooms have patio doors to the spacious terraces facing south. In the living room all light points are dimmable

Washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, stove with wok burner and large oven, microwave, CD player, flatscreen TV with all Dutch channels, video with video films, DVD player, WIFI and fixed BBQ.

You can make beautiful trips through the rolling landscape, where you can visit caves, go horse riding, hiking, cycling, canoeing, gliding, parachuting, golfing, even on our own terrain, tennis, it is too much to mention.

There are many monuments from earlier times in the region, you need weeks to visit everything. There are many markets every week, of which the one in Montcuq is the most famous. In addition, many flea markets and brocantes, jazz evenings and wine festivals.

In the area (max 30 minutes by car): swimming, golfing, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, horse riding, water sports, tennis, (gliding) flying.

There are restaurants everywhere with cozy terraces, both on the market squares and in the countryside.
