In Roaix, Provence, there is a very spacious small-scale holiday accommodation with 7 gites that, according to many guests, is a hidden gem.

The completely renovated house 1 offers all the privacy and luxury one could wish for, including a private heated swimming pool, a pool house, private entrance, 2 parking spaces behind the house.

On the first floor is the living area of ​​the building with a spacious terrace and a great view over the garden, the swimming pool, Les Dentelles and even the top of Mont Ventoux can be spotted.

In the garden there is a heated swimming pool with water massage jets. There are several terraces. The garden contains olive trees with a bamboo canopy.

Next to the swimming pool is the pool house (20 m2) with a well-equipped kitchenette, where you can sit and have lunch/dinner.

A small gate provides access to the other facilities on the domain, such as the washing machine, the kiosk and the large table.

There are 6 other holiday homes on the domain.

In the communal garden, a meeting place has been created near the fountain where guests can meet each other. If desired, you can participate in the communal activities (Happy Hour, wine tasting, Fête du Jardin) that are organized.

On the domain there is a wellness building where manual massages and sound bath sessions are given.

During your stay you will enjoy an atmosphere of peace, privacy, relaxation, quality and luxury. The park is therefore less suitable for (small) active children who like to play.

A holiday accommodation in Roaix is ​​particularly suitable for people who want to relax, unwind, walk, cycle, visit interesting towns, markets, picturesque villages, get acquainted with the Côte du Rhône wines, but above all enjoy the many culinary spots and the sun (almost twice as much sun as in the Netherlands/Belgium)!

There is an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, large refrigerator/freezer, hairdryer, kitchen mixer, vacuum cleaner, electric heating. Large television with Chromecast to receive your own streaming (Netflix, etc.).

The house (90m2) has a spacious living room with a large open U-shaped kitchen with air conditioning. The house has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. One bedroom contains a double bed of 180*200cm and the other two beds of 90*200cm. The toilet is separate from the bathrooms.

The spacious Provencal terrace faces south overlooking the pool and garden.

Capacity 4 people with 2 bedrooms, site area 500 m2. 

The Résidence is characterized by an atmosphere of peace, relaxation, quality and luxury. The large communal garden contains various works of art, a fountain, a large dining table and a cozy meeting place where guests can meet each other.

There are various options for doing things in the vicinity of the Résidence.

At 500 meters there is a bakery, small supermarket, butcher, doctor. There is a nice restaurant 1 km away with a wide menu.

Golf. There are 5 golf courses within 1 hour's drive. The most interesting is the Grand Avignon GOLF.

Chateaux. There are several chateaux nearby. Including in Grignan, Adhémar and le Barroux. It is interesting to visit the Chateau of Suze-la-Rousse, 10 km. During the high season you can take part in an extensive wine course.

Lavender. In Provence and Drome you will find many lavandel fields. They are in full bloom from early June to mid-July. It is interesting to view the lavender processing process in Nyons. 20km,

Enjoy the beautiful landscape, with les Dentelles de Montmirail and the impressive Mont Ventoux.

Go in search of the Roman past of this region: visit, for example, the Roman excavations in Vaison-la Romaine, the theater in Orange, the famous Pont du Gard or the Archaeological site Glanum near Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.

In Saint-Remy de Provence (70 km) and Arles (80 km) you can discover the many works that van Gogh created here in various ways. For example, there is a beautiful painting walking route in Saint-Remy that runs to the hospital of St-Paul-de-Mausole.

It is impressive to visit Carrieres de Lumieres, in Les Baux de Provence, about 15 km from Saint-Remy.
