The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the small village Malemort du Comtat in the plain of Mont Ventoux. The house is finished with beautiful materials and furnished with taste. There is a spacious terrace adjacent to the dining room. The swimming pool with spacious sun terrace invites you to enjoy a quiet moment at the water's edge. The large garden provides plenty of shade. And the petanque court will certainly tempt you to play a game of 'jeu de boules'.

Eddy and Veroniek are your hosts on site. They are responsible for welcoming you and showing you around the house. They run a B&B in Malemort and know the region very well. Eddy will be happy to give you all kinds of tips to make your stay in the South of France an unforgettable holiday!

The spacious house of 130m2 offers a spacious living area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and American fridge. There are 3 bedrooms of which 2 on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and a spacious bathroom. In addition, there is a room with private bathroom on the first floor.

There is a summer kitchen under a covered terrace. There is also a spacious terrace covered with vines for the coolness in summer. A large garden completes the whole with many shady spots and a petanque court for the enthusiasts.

The terrain is completely closed, the entrance gate works with remote control and there is a private parking space within the domain.

Malemort du Comtat is located in the plain of Mont Ventoux. It is centrally located and you can make many excursions in the vicinity. Avignon or the city of the popes, Isle sur la Sorgue with its antique market and famous Provencal Sunday market, Sault with the lavender, Roussillon with the ocher mine, Gordes most beautiful village in France ... all at 30-40minutes distance. For the sportive people there are a lot of walking possibilities with well indicated routes and of course the climb of the Mont Ventoux and other beautiful cycling routes for the cyclists.
