Villa La Mancha

The village of Azillanet is located at the foot of the Montagne Noir where this beautiful, spacious 8-person villa is located.

It is easy to discover the overwhelming nature from this place, visit idyllic villages or enjoy the peace and space that this house has to offer.

The large, heated swimming pool (5x10) with its spacious terrace, summer kitchen and large garden allow you to relax and make the most of your holiday.

The location, the house and the French sun make this an ideal holiday destination.

This villa has a spacious plot (2600m²) where the children can play and which offers you complete privacy.

Within walking distance you can discover the beautiful, mountainous nature and explore the rugged surroundings by bicycle or mountain bike.

There is a large supermarket 7 minutes away by car and in the same village there are other shops, restaurants and a beautiful, large weekly market on Tuesdays.

The beach is an hour's drive away and there are many attractions in the nearby area to fill several holidays. 

The living room (40m²) opens onto the conservatory which faces south and overlooks the swimming pool, ideal for spring and autumn.

The kitchen is of course fully equipped and opens onto the front terrace with the dining table and its stone BBQ.

Next to the kitchen is the storage room with the washing machine and dishwasher.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have double beds (140x200 and 160x200).

Between the two bedrooms is the toilet and next to it the bathroom with double sink, shower and bath.

On the top floor are the other two bedrooms, 1 bedroom has two single beds (90x200) and the other bedroom has a double bed (160x200).

This bedroom has patio doors to the spacious balcony and the fantastic view.

On this floor there is a separate toilet and a second bathroom with shower and sink.

The house is very well insulated, making it ideal for winter accommodation.

Adjacent to the living room is the conservatory that opens onto the large, spacious terrace with the swimming pool (5x10 heated).

Here is also the covered terrace and the summer kitchen to spend wonderful long summer evenings. In the morning you can enjoy your French breakfast on the terrace, which is connected to the kitchen and where the stone BBQ is also located.

Here it is wonderful to relax in the shade. There is more than enough space to park the car at the house and the property is completely fenced. 

Additional costs for the rental: Reservation costs 37.50 euros, final cleaning of the villa 120 euros, electricity costs according to the meter.

It is then possible to rent towels, sheets, high chair, cot and others to complement your holiday.

These costs will be invoiced to you together with the deposit bill, two weeks before the rental period. you will also receive additional information about the property as well as the travel description.
