“The villa is quietly located on a small road, surrounded by vineyards and hills. La Livinière, known for its excellent wines, has a bakery, mini-market, brasserie and a cozy restaurant with live music in high season. A few minutes' drive away is the larger village of Olonzac with shops, terraces, post office and a weekly market. The Canal du Midi and Lac de Jouarres (7 km) offer plenty of activities: boat trips, swimming, canoeing, windsurfing and more. The beaches from Gruissan and Narbonne can be reached within an hour.”

The villa is located on a spacious plot of 2400 m² with Mediterranean plants, several terraces and lots of privacy:

Parties and noisy gatherings are not allowed to maintain peace

Electric cars may not be charged via the villa's regular socket (safety measure)
