Domaine La Cabane - Hirondelle

Hirondelle is one of three holiday homes on the small estate (2.5 ha) of La Cabane.Domaine La Cabane is located on the border of the departments of Lot and Dordogne and precisely because of this convenient location all sights of the Lot and Dordogne very easily accessible.Hirondelle is semi-detached with the slightly larger cottage Le Petit Duc (3 bedrooms).These houses can be rented separately or together. (max. 10 persons).There is also a 5-person holiday home La Chouette with 2 bedrooms.

And of course a large chlorine-free swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers for everyone to sit back and relax and enjoy the peace and space.

There is a large living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with separate freezer space etc.There are two spacious and bright bedrooms with excellent beds.

The bathroom has a shower and there is a separate toilet.Through the open French doors you will get on the south-facing, semi-covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The area is hilly and wooded, peace and quiet are guaranteed.

The large communal swimming pool is a so-called saltwater swimming pool and therefore does not contain any chlorine. That is very nice because then you also do not suffer from a stinging skin or red eyes.

There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature. Children can play safely on the large playground.

In the nearest town of Gourdon (5 minutes by car) there are 5 large supermarkets, many other shops and restaurants, terraces etc. There is also a weekly fresh market, where local farmers sell their products.

Due to the favorable location of La Cabane, all tourist attractions of the Dordogne and Lot departments are easily accessible, such as Sarlat, Domme, Rocamadour, Sr.Cirq-la-Popie, the many caves such as Gouffre de Padirac, Pech Merle, Lascaux etc. There are also many castles that can be visited.

The sports fan also has a lot to do like canoeing / kayaking on the rivers Dordogne, Lot or Vézère, tennis, horseback riding, cycling, walking, golf etc.

The nearest airports are Brive: 60 km, Bergerac: 90 km or Toulouse 150 km.

In Gourdon is a hospital and a train station (Paris-Toulouse).
