This is all possible in this beautiful country-style villa, where you overlook the breathtaking surroundings and the azure blue Sea. This detached villa is ideal for several families. And of course when it comes to culinary matters, the Côte d'Azur is a true paradise.
Villa la Fermic is a beautifully and quietly located villa at an altitude of 400 meters with a very nice swimming pool and pool house. From Villa la Fermic you have a fantastic view and sea view of the Cote d'Azur.
Villa La Fermic is located in the hills behind Mandelieu and Cannes, just a half-hour drive from Nice airport. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is available for a maximum of 10 people depending on the composition of the group.

Wonderfully quiet villa with (heated) private swimming pool at an altitude of 400 meters in the hills behind Cannes. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea here. In front of the villa is the beautiful swimming pool of no less than 12 by 6 meters and the comfortable pool house equipped with all amenities, including a refrigerator and WiFi. The garden has various terraces and shaded areas.
The living-dining room with fireplace is comfortably furnished with a dining table for at least 8 people. The living room has a 50-inch satellite smart TV with all Dutch channels, Netflix and a Chromecast connection. The Provencal kitchen is very well equipped. On the ground floor is the master bedroom with door to the terrace and a very spacious bathroom. On the 1st floor there are another 3 bedrooms, including a children's room. This can be reached via the master bedroom and they share a bathroom together.
The third bedroom of the holiday home has a beautiful view of the city of Grasse and has a simple bathroom. In the basement there is also a studio with pantry and washing machine and a separate bedroom and bathroom.
You can completely relax during your holiday in this tasteful and beautifully situated villa in Provence.
