This tastefully and comfortably furnished villa is located in an area of a nice village, on a dead-end road, with a bakery, a bar and restaurant, Tabac and a pharmacy within walking distance.
The heated private swimming pool and the attractively landscaped garden mean that you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday 'at home'.
Of course, this location is also an excellent starting point to visit this great region.
There are many sights to visit in the area (Minerve, Carcassonne, Narbonne, Fontfroide Abbey, wineries, beach) but it is definitely recommended to stay 'at home' and benefit from the 'good French life'.
The house has a large terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
The attractive garden immediately gives you the feeling of being in France with its olive trees.
It is easy to just walk into the village and get a taste of 'real' French life.
The living room (40m² with air conditioning) and the open kitchen are equipped with all necessary equipment and have patio doors to the outdoor terrace.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor.
One bedroom has a double bed (160x200)
The second bedroom also has a double bed (140x200).
The third bedroom has two single beds (90x200) that can be converted into a double bed.
The bathroom with double sink, shower and bath is also on this floor.
There is also a toilet in the hallway, and there is also air conditioning in the hallway. The washing machine is located in the storage room downstairs.
Adjacent to the living room is the large terrace with the dining table and a view of the garden and swimming pool.
The heated swimming pool (9x4) is surrounded by a terrace and garden, providing plenty of space for sunbeds.
There is also a terrace under a large olive tree where you can relax in the shade.
The parking lot is located at the front of the property.
