Welcome to Villa La Vigie, a charming detached villa in Caunes-Minervois (11160), on the edge of a picturesque village known for its historic abbey and vibrant cultural life. Perfectly suited for 6 people, this bright, south-facing house offers a private heated swimming pool, multiple terraces with breathtaking panoramic views, and a comfortably furnished interior with two bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms.

Modern comfort with character

All bedrooms have box-spring beds of 90x200 cm and built-in wardrobes. Two bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and pool, one of which also has its own TV and bathroom.

 Open kitchen with halogen hob, combination microwave, convection oven, extractor hood, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer combination.

Three bedrooms with box spring beds (2×90 x 200 cm per room)

One bedroom with private bathroom (walk-in shower and double sink)

Extra separate toilet in the hallway
