Beautiful and very spacious villa in Anduze (Z-FR). The villa consists of 2 parts of each 2-6 people that can be rented together or separately. There are also 2 gites of each 2 persons available. On the domain of 2400m2 the swimming pool of (8 to 4 m) is central in the surrounding garden.Maximum occupancy can go up to 16 people, ideal for one large family.

The villa can be divited into 2 separated parts of 6 people each. Each with a separate entrance and en private terrace with BBQ. There is a beautifull large garden with a closed swimmingpool of 10 x 4m. with an terrace around and a little further on a petanque field. Ther are plenty of sunbeds and parasols in the poolhouse.Each part off the villa contains a private entrance, dining room with insert and exit to the garden/terrace, living room with tv-radio, kithen with all modern comforts such as fridge/ dishwasher/oven/microwave/ stove/…., 3 bedrooms(1 double bed en 2 x 2 single beds),bathroom with shower en washbasin, separate toilet, poolhous , washmachine, ironing-table.. 

Labastide is located in the hilly landscape of Anduze and 2.5km from the center.Anduze is a typical Provencal town between Provence and the Cevennes.There is a plesant atmosphere with nice shops and nice terraces.A visit to the weekly market on thursday is definitely worth it.A ride on the steam train via the bambouseraie to Saint-Jean du Gard offers an opportunity to discover the beautiful landscape.This landscape also invites you to walk,cycle,ride,etc… Caoes and kayaks can also be rented on the banks of the Gardon and Hérault. In a radius of+- 30 km you will fins numerous attractions such as Nimes,Vézénobres,Uzes and the pont du Gard,les grottes des Demoiselles, Sommiéres… A little further on the Mediterranean,the Camarque,Montpellier, Orange ,Arles , Avignon etc..

In short , a wonderfull base for a relaxing holliday.
